Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Federalist Builders, LLC dba BBA Construction. website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms form a binding contract between you and Hughes Construction Co. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Use of the Site

The Site provides information about our Home Remodels, Consulting, and New Builds services. You may use the Site for lawful purposes only, such as contacting us for quotes or learning about services. You must be 18 years or older to use the Site.​

Services and Contracts

Any construction services, estimates, or projects are governed by separate written contracts, not these Terms. Site content is for informational purposes and does not constitute an offer, warranty, or guarantee of results. All projects follow engineer-designed repairs where applicable.

Intellectual Property

All Site content, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by the Company or licensors and protected by copyright laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to view the Site for personal use; no reproduction or commercial use without written permission.​

User Content and Communications

Submissions like contact form inquiries grant us a license to use them for business purposes. You agree not to post harmful, unlawful, or infringing content. We may monitor communications but are not liable for user interactions.​

Links to external sites are for convenience; we do not endorse them and disclaim liability. Payments or bill pay features may involve third parties.

Limitation of Liability
